CA is a family-oriented church. We believe it is the parent’s responsibility to train and instruct their children and that the church should not take over that function. But we do believe the church should help parents wherever we can.

Nursery

On Sundays we have a beautifully appointed nursery staffed by a paid worker and assisted by church members. Each assistant must be a member for at least one year. Paid staff and church members must submit to a background and criminal records check, be trained for service, and partnered with veterans to ensure the best in child care.

There is also a private room for nursing mothers just off the sanctuary with comfortable furniture and one-way glass to enable mothers and their infants to nurse in privacy while remaining a part of the service.

Children’s Ministry

Kingdom Quest meets Sunday at 11:00 for children ages 3-10. Using live music and video the lesson for the day is introduced in a way that grabs the children’s attention. Age-appropriate classes are held for interactive learning and study of the Bible. All children are welcome to this time of fun, practical instruction that is just for kids!

Teens

Teens meet with our young adults in separate meetings on Sunday evenings for guys (NeXt) and girls (N2Him). Led by Brett & Kelly Spiers, they explore the application of Scripture to life to meet the challenges of being a Christian with a global worldview. Prayer is an important part of every meeting and the message is then lived out in various outreaches to our community and mission trips. All teens ages 12 and up are encouraged to attend.

All of these ministries are designed to help parents develop confident Christian children and youth that are equipped to live a well-balanced and productive Christian life!
