Welcome to our Children’s Ministry page. CA is a family-oriented church. We believe it is the parent’s responsibility to train and instruct their children and that the church should not take over that function. But we also believe the church should help parents wherever it is appropriate.
When + Where
Sunday School for ages 4 years – 5th grade is held during the 11am service in assigned classrooms. Parents can check in at the Welcome Desk located in the hallway of the Children’s Wing.
During the Worship Service, kids ages 4 years through 5th grade can be dismissed after the last communion song to attend Children’s Worship (ages 4 through 2nd grade) or straight to their classrooms (3rd through 5th grade). Children’s Worship takes place in the large classroom at the end of the Children’s Wing. Parents must drop children off. Parents should pick kids up from Sunday School at the end of the service. Ages 12 weeks through 3 years are accommodated throughout the service in the nursery for the entirety of the service.
Check In System
We use a digital check-in system that prints name badges for our visitors that include food allergies. For our members, we ask you to check-in your children each week. However, a name badge will not be printed unless you request one. To check-in, simply visit our check-in station. It is located just outside the Children’s Wing.
