Such personal information includes name, address, phone number, email address, and date of birth, and is collected when you fill out welcome cards, event forms, sign-up sheets, and applications, or when contacting us through various channels.
This information may be stored in its original paper or digital format, or may be transferred to another format within our systems, but will not be distributed or shared to any third parties.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Any mobile contact information given will be used only for short-term communications for the specific event(s) for which the holder of said information agreed upon in advance, and can opt out at any time. To opt-out of text messages, text STOP to any text message you receive. For help, text HELP. You acknowledge and agree that you may receive to accept a final text message from Christian Assembly Church confirming your opt-out.
