New Year’s Eve

We have some very cool New Year’s Eve services planned for Sunday. At the 9 & 11 AM services Tim and Mary Lou Tiner, missionaries to Europe and the Middle East, will be our guest speakers. Then at 7:00 PM we will be gathering for an hour of prayer to end 2006 and start 2007 in the right place with God – on our knees. (Remember Jesus asking His disciples if they couldn’t watch and pray with Him for one hour? Let’s do it!) And if we can get the work done, we’ll show the 2006 recap video before we start praying, so don’t be late or you’ll miss it! Later there is a party at the Harford’s home to ring in the New Year. Everyone is invited.

Someone once said that New Year’s Eve is the time when young people get to stay up late and middle-age people are forced to. Ha! It is a joy to be together with the Lord and each other. So, let’s celebrate!
