Senior Pastor Dub Karriker & Pam

Originally from Arkansas, Pastor Dub moved to Durham in 1985 and served as Worship Leader, Small Group leader, Youth Pastor, Associate Pastor and Elder at CA before becoming the Senior Pastor in 2002. Pastor Dub works closely with the GCI network of churches serving as an overseer for GCI-Jamaica. He is also on the leadership team of Durham Ministers In Prayer. Pam Karriker is very active in the Durham civic community. At CA she serves on the worship team and leads small groups. Pam also teaches workshops for GCI and for churches and women’s ministries both domestically and internationally. Dub and Pam have one daughter, Marie (Mrs. Nick Quick).
Pastor Emeritus Dick Bigelow & Marrie

Dick Bigelow served as an Associate Pastor and Elder at Christian Assembly for many years and is now Pastor Emeritus. Dick works closely with the North American Turkmen Network–an association of Christian churches and groups supporting missionary endeavors to the Turkmen people of Central Asia.
A true shepherd, Dick leads many in our fellowship to a deeper relationship with Christ. Dick and Marrie are both able counselors and lead CA’s healing prayer ministry. Dick previously worked as a painting contractor in the Durham area while he and Marrie raised six children. At last count they have 17 grandchildren.
Marrie Bigelow leads the Prayer Chain ministry at CA, helps provide prayer support and intercessory ministry along with Dick, and teaches small groups. Marrie also represents CA by participating in Project Hannah of Transworld Radio. Together Dick & Marrie travel, teach, and assist church leaders in the developing world.
Associate Pastor George Stevens and Jo-Ann

George Stevens has been active in various ministries at CA, formerly serving on the Deacon Board and as the overseer of Christian education. George and was ordained as Associate Pastor in 2006. He presently oversees our children’s ministry, VBS, and small groups.
The Stevens have been married for 24 years and have three children, Luke, Caitlin, and Grace.
Jo-Ann Stevens oversees CA’s dance and flags worship ministry. An accomplished performer and instructor of worship dance and ballet, Jo-Ann founded and directs a school dedicated to training others to serve Christ with the dance.
Elder Wayne Littleton & Saundra

Wayne and Saundra Littleton moved to Durham in 1966. They began attending Christian Assembly in 1975. They have been married 42 years with 4 adult children, 12 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
Wayne served as a Small Group Leader and Deacon for many years. He retired from IBM Corporation in 1996 after 30 years. He serves as a CA Board Member and was ordained an Elder in 2001. Wayne oversees the Food Pantry Ministry, Marriage Ministries, Sunday morning Prayer Ministry Team, and together with Saundra hosts a Small Group in their home.
Saundra also oversees the Women of Titus II (WOTT) small group and assists in other ministries. She is on the Board of Antioch Ministries’ Wellspring Conference for Women based in Fayetteville, NC.
